The Peak Health and Performance Program will consist of a variety of services that may be incorporated into a single plan, or used ala carte. We offer weekly nutrition support in an advanced or simplified program determined by the athlete/participant age and need. Peak Youth Performance Sports psychology is designed to give youth athletes a competitive edge through enhanced mental preparation, and provide youth athletes with the ability to overcome mental obstacles. Specific skill training is designed to improve athlete’s skill level and athletic ability in a variety of avenues such as speed, agility, coordination, situational awareness and much more. Peak Health and Performance also offers character development provided through a team concept to players, coaches, and organizations. This service teaches individuals to be examples to others, and emphasizes playing the game respectfully and honorably. Peak Health and Performance has the ability to offer communication and access to professional athletes as one progresses through the levels of our programing. This service enables additional mentoring focusing on all walks of life. Finally, through our comprehensive technology platform, we are able to provide and interpret metric reporting to athletes, parents, coaches and organizations.
Using Nutritionists / Registered Dieticians (RD), a program is developed for each individual participant. Periodic interaction will take place with the Nutritionist / RD using our monitoring platform and/or telephonically. This interactive support is augmented with the use of an assigned health coach.
Within our general programming, the importance of being physically active is emphasized and supported extensively. We provide access to information and professionals in this areas to properly support and administer an active lifestyle to those in need.
We work with organizations and professionals in support of skill development to further support the athletes in their particular area of skill development.
Peak Sports Performance Psychology will be focused on the four cornerstone of P.R.E.P. groups; Perceptions, Readjusting, Educating and Performing. These groups are designed to address the human dynamic within the athletic experience. By implementing these cornerstones while exposing youth to obstacles and challenges, personal maturation along with increased performance and self-awareness is achieved. Through physical activity and fitness, we are able to create an environment where this growth can take place. With more advanced participants, skill support and performance psychology are implemented to sculpt successful athletes.
Character and leadership development is achieved through a speaking series and engagement with an assigned health coach. Our optional speaking series incorporates focus on the characteristics of champions applied to youth, parents and coaches, along with a cumulative application of these characteristics. Weekly character development programming is facilitated by an assigned health coach through personal engagement and use of technology engagement to support continued development.
